In the Midst of Pre-Release of Home Study Course

I'm so excited to see the orders come in for our soon-to-be-released Home Study Course. They have certainly spurred us on here at LOPI to stay on the ball in getting the course material ready for shipping by July 15th.

If you've been reading the ezine long you already know about the life enhancing power of the Life On Purpose Process. It truly is making a major difference in bringing more purpose and meaning to people's lives.

Yet, we're still not quite done with the Life On Purpose Institute Mission -- In fact, we have several million of people we've not yet reached yet before we've created a World On Purpose.

And that's one of the reasons I'm so excited about the Home Study Course -- because it will be so convenient and portable for people that more and more people will be able to go through the Process -- to clarify their life purpose and to then go on and design their life to be a reflection of their purpose.

And I think everyone enjoys saving some money these days, so this is a perfect time to invest in your own personal and spiritual development and save over 20% off the retail price of the Course.

It really is perfectly designed for busy people.

You can even do it while you're commuting to and from work because an integral part of the Home Study Course is the Life On Purpose Process in audio format.

Learn all about it at: http://www.lifeonpurpose.com/course

And the best news of all is that you won't have to wait until July 15 to start your journey because you'll also receive IMMEDIATE access to the Virtual Home Study Course that's online.

So, surf on over to http://www.lifeonpurpose.com/course and take advantage of the Pre-Release Special. Start your journey along the Purposeful Path today.

Grown Up and Still Wonder What You Want to Be?

Are you a "grownup" still wondering what you want to be when you grow up? I hear it often from my clients and program participants:

"I'm still wondering what I want to be when I grow up."

Most of these people are over 40 -- some are over 60!

You know, I caught myself the other day while helping my daughter take care of a 10-year-old boy, asking him the age-old question we grownups ask, especially when we run out of things to talk about --

"What do you want to be when you grow up?"

He thought a moment, then replied, "I want to design computer games."

Did you notice? That's the answer to a different question -- "What do you want to do when you grow up?" Sound familiar?

=================
Do You Have the Cart Before the Horse?
=================

It's not surprising that my young friend answered a different question -- many adults also have placed the "cart before the horse.

There's a reason the horse is in front of the cart. It's much easier for a horse to pull a cart than it is to push it. Pulling a cart simply works better.

And in the same way, it's much easier to design a joyful, satisfying and successful life when you first answer the question:

"Who do I want to be when I grow up?"

But how do you answer such a question? Who am I? The question seems so hard to get your heart, hands and mind around. It's not an easy question to answer.

But it is a worthwhile question. More than just worthwhile, it is THE question to answer, for when you do, the rest of life begins to fall into place...which is far better than having it fall apart.

=================
A Proven Approach for Answering THE Question
=================

For well over a decade now I've had the immense pleasure of engaging in THE question both for myself and for many other people by guiding them through the Life On Purpose Process -- a proven approach that guides people to being able to answer the question:

Who do I want to be -- NOW?

And the Process works whether you're in your teens, a recent college graduate, in mid-life, facing retirement or beyond because it guides you to knowing your true life purpose -- which is really ALL about who you ARE as a Spiritual Being and what you came here to this life to BE and to experience.

But it doesn't stop there. It then provides you with over 14 tools for designing your life to be an authentic reflection of that purpose.

And you can now use this proven approach to answer THE question for yourself in the comfort of your home and on your own schedule, with or without your computer.

Announcing the Pre-Release of the Life On Purpose Home Study Course =================

I'm announcing today the Pre-Release of the LIFE ON PURPOSE HOME STUDY PROGRAM scheduled for release on July 15. And by purchasing the Course today you will save significantly on the price:

Learn all about it at: http://www.lifeonpurpose.com/course

And the best news of all is that you won't have to wait until July 15 to start answering THE Big Question for yourself, because by taking advantage of the Pre-Release Special, you'll also receive IMMEDIATE access to the Virtual Home Study Course that's online.

So, surf on over to http://www.lifeonpurpose.com/course and take advantage of the Pre-Release Special. Start answering THE Big Question for yourself today.

Life On Purpose Home Study Course On its Way

For the past 13 or so years since the Life On Purpose Process came through me, I've felt that part of my 'job' was to make the Process available to as many people as possible, which includes making it available in different forms.

A few months ago we introduced the Virtual Home Study Course which allows people to take themselves through the Life On Purpose Process on their own schedule from anywhere in the world (that has an internet access, that is).

It's been very well received, and for that I'm thankful, and we continue to offer it for $99 at http://www.lifeonpurpose.com/course, and for a limited time that includes a Charter Membership to SERENITY - our online support community and forum. (a $180 value).

But what if you don't have a dependable internet access, or you'll still on dial-up which means the download of the audios that make up a large part of the Course will be slow-slow? Or what if you simply don't want to be tied to your computer as you go through the 6 Passages of the Process?

Well, help is on the way in the form of:

The Life On Purpose Home Study Course. Nothing virtual. Everything that's included in the Virtual format delivered to your door. So, stay tuned for a Pre-Publication special.

Tolle's Take and the Life On Purpose Perspective

I love getting mail from Purposeful Pondering Ezine readers, even the occasional one that's not so positive, though I admit, the positive ones are my favorite.

I recently received this message:

"I loved your teleconferences and I look forward to reading your book that I won. I, too, am reading Tolle's book (The New Earth: Awakening to Your Life Purpose), and I was hoping you would give a more in-depth analysis. You as an expert, talking about his book in a much more specific way would have been fascinating!"

I've been pondering about how might be the best way to engage in a 'more in-depth analysis,' which could include where Tolle's approach and the Life On Purpose approach mesh and where they differ, and to be able to do this interactively with others.

What came to me is the Living & Working On Purpose Blog -- that's right. Right here.,

So, I'm inviting you to explore this rich conversation with me, and I promise more in depth analysis, my 'expert' take on the subject, and to pull no punches.

And I request your input, comments, and questions be left on the blog. Especially Questions. I'll do my best to answer them.

And stay tuned. More about this HOT topic coming soon.

THE BOOK THAT FINALLY ANSWERS THE QUESTION: What is my personal purpose in life?

You know the book I'm talking about, right? LIFE ON PURPOSE: Six Passages to an Inspired Life. But rather than tooting my own horn, I thought I'd let a few other people toot it for me.

Below are just 3 of the over 20 positive reviews that people have been kind enough to share on Amazon.com but first let me make you a special offer.

FR.EE WORKBOOK

If you feel called to invest in this book and order it from Amazon or another source on the web, if you send in your email receipt, I'll send you a fr.ee workbook that includes all the assignments that are in the book so you won't have to write in your book (unless of course you want to.)

Send your receipt to admin@lifeonpurpose.com and we'll zip the workbook to you in a PDF ebook format.

Now, what are others saying about LIFE ON PURPOSE: Six Passages to an Inspired Life?

Accidentally on Purpose, November 20, 2007
By H. S. Norton "Finding Answers"

By accident I came across this book, looking for marital advice I came across a web site that had really nothing to do with what I was looking for and one of the recommended readings was "Life on Purpose" so I bought it. What could it hurt?! It is great! I have started reading and each time a question comes up or a test is given, what ever it is, I pull out a blank sheet of paper, write it at the top and answer it but if I have trouble answering the question I finish reading and come back to my piece of paper. Then I add it to a three ring binder and am creating a workbook of sorts that I can go back and refer to. This helps you see your progress and gives you a "paper trail" so you can see where you are and where you came from. It has really opened my eyes and makes you think and see things from different angles than you normally would. I recommend it. What could it hurt?

The Most Purposeful, Practical and Effective Guide!, November 18, 2007
By Ricardo Flores-Clar (San Antonio, TX) -

It's fairly easy for many people to agree that we all came to this world for a purpose. That we have a divine reason to be here, with our specific set of gifts, to put them at the service of the world and all those we come in contact with, and transform our lives to be a reflection of our divine purpose. The big question is "HOW?" Dr Swift's book - "Life on Purpose: Six Passages to an Inspired Life" is a practical and inspirational guide that walks you by the hand through the process of first reaching clarity on the why are we here question, and then on the second stage, how to make our life a reflection of that divine reason.

New Happenings

So many positive and purposeful things are happening to assist us in sharing the vision of Life On Purpose, some of which I can't even share about quite yet, but here's what I can let you know about:

1. THE LIVING & WORKING ON PURPOSE Radio Show airs this coming Wednesday, Feb. 6 at 5 pm Eastern with our first 'official guest' Mary Manin Morrissey. What an incredibly gifted, grounded and gracious lady with such an important message on love. Listen in as we talk to her about her book, No Less Than Greatness: The Seven Spiritual Principles That Make Real Love Possible. Listen in at http://www.lifeonpurpose.com/radio.

2. I've been invited to participate in a life changing teleseminar series entitled MASTERS OF THE MIND, though I have to be honest there have been times in my life that I've felt like my mind was the master. More coming very soon on this. We'll also be using this opportunity to announce a brand new 'purposeful product' that I believe will help many people to bring a renewed sense of purpose and meaning to their life.

Will 2008 Be On Purpose or a Repeat of 2007, 06, etc.

I love the enthusiastic energy that the New Year brings to us. The opportunity to start afresh in many ways, not just joining a fitness center (something I did the day after New Year’s Day), not just balancing our nutrition, having more fun in life ... All those are important, sure, but how about this New Year being a time to bring a deeper sense of meaning and purpose to your life.

Maybe even to finally, once and for all, clarify your life purpose — to know beyond a shadow of a doubt why you are on planet Earth, and to begin the joyful process of designing your life to be a true and authentic reflection of that purpose.

But how to begin? Are we stuck with the ol’ “trial and error” approach. You know, the one that can take 30, 40, 50 or more years, and can lead to unnecessary angst, anxiety and more than its share of blind alleys.

There is another way — a proven, systematic, spiritually based, and practical way that thousands have already used to first clarify their true, Divinely Inspired Purpose, and to then learn the tools for designing their life to be a reflection of their purpose. For the past 12 years, it’s been known as the Life On Purpose Process.

"After years in the mental health field including graduate school and ten years of practice, I think the Life On Purpose Process is more effective than any other psychotherapeutic tool I have learned in the profession." Maryanna Bock

This Wednesday, January 9th, 2008 at 2 pm Eastern time, I will facilitate a fr.ee, fun and interactive “sample” of the Life On Purpose Process as we explore the **6 Passages to Life On Purpose,** and you are invited to participate.

Register in just a minute by going to http://www.lifeonpurpose.com/telesamplers

Of course, one of the purposes to the Telesampler is to introduce you to the Life On Purpose Process so you can determine if the whole Process would be of value in bringing more purpose, passion and prosperity to your life. And at the same time, it’s my intention that the class be of value whether or not you are led to experience the whole Process. Who knows, perhaps this will be just the catalyst you need to have 2008 be your best and most on purpose year yet.

Register online at: http://www.lifeonpurpose.com/telesamplers

By the way, if you’ve already attended one of our Telesamplers, our next LIVING THE FULFILLED LIFE FOUNDATIONAL PROGRAM that guides a small group of people through the entire Life On Purpose Process is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, February 6 at 2 pm Eastern time. Full information and online registration is at: http://www.lifeonpurpose.com/lfl. It’s shaping up to be a very good class. All it’s missing is YOU!

Money, Mission & Meaning Interviews Me

Hmarkmichaellewise
I was recently interviewed by Mark Michael Lewis of Money, Mission & Meaning on the subject of... well, of course, living on purpose. What a synergistic experience. Not only did I have the opportunity to spread the word about a topic I'm obscenely passionate about, but I also discovered a great podcast with many other interesting topics.

Check it out Here.
